The Savvy Shopper .. Gale is heard almost every day, interviewing local business owners, non-profits serving the SW Florida community and independent home-based business owners. There are also lively, informative discussions with Friends .. whether new friends or friends with whom she has shared years of friendships. Staying up late in the 60s listening to radio while doing homework, Gale thought it would be fun to be a DJ. Her first radio experience was with WEEJ playing Big Band and Disco music in the 70s. Her next experience was with Clear Channel in the 80s on WKII, doing early morning news, public service announcements and hosting a half-hour radio show called A Closer Look. “I am delighted to be part of the KDWRadio team.
